Is my customer data safe?
Connection logins are encrypted, passwords are hashed, nothing is sold, and we delete your data on request or when you cancel.
Will it spam my customers?
No. Messages go out only during business hours, at most twice a week per person, every email has an unsubscribe link, and every first text says "Reply STOP". Texting is switched on for your business once carrier registration is approved.
Do I have to approve every message?
Your choice. Approval mode is the default; switch to autopilot when you're comfortable.
What software does it work with?
