Who owns the mascot?
Custom mascots: you own the character after the final payment. Cast mascots, even with your logo and colours, are licensed to you (exclusive to your industry in your area). The animation work stays ours and is licensed to you for your business.

What files do I get?
MP4 video, transparent WebM and PNG for overlays and websites, GIFs for loops, and still images at print size. The 3D and project files stay with Reelkix.
Can I change the outfit later?
Yes. Your mascot keeps the same rig, so new outfits and new moves are added without starting over.
How many changes can I ask for?
2 rounds on the still images are included. Each extra round is quoted.
Can you rush it?
Yes, when the schedule allows. Rush delivery adds a rush fee to the price.
Can I use it on trucks, signs or merch?
