Terms of service
These terms apply when you use reelkix.com or buy services from Reelkix ("we"). By ordering or using a service you agree to them.
Quotes and orders
Prices, deliverables, revision rounds, timelines and payment terms are set out in your quote or package. A quote becomes an order when you accept it or pay.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to the footage, logos, music and other material you send us, and that using them as you ask won't break anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your content.
Video editing
You own the finished edits once they are paid for. We may show short excerpts in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Listing tours
- You confirm the footage, photos and listing details you send are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
- Tour footage we make with AI is labelled "AI-generated" on the video, and may show details that differ from the real property. You are responsible for checking every tour before you publish it and for following real estate advertising rules, including disclosing AI-generated or virtually staged content.
- Unused listings in a monthly plan don't roll over to the next month.
Mascots
Ownership and use of mascots are covered on the mascot usage rights page, which forms part of these terms.
Follow-up & recovery
- You decide which of your customers are contacted. You confirm you have their consent to contact them by email and text as required by law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM, and that you will honour opt-outs.
- Recovered-revenue figures in reports are estimates based on your software's data.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
SMS terms
Program: Reelkix account and service messages, and follow-up messages sent on behalf of businesses that use our follow-up & recovery service.
Opting in: you agree to receive texts by checking the consent box on our forms or by giving consent to a business that uses our service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one message confirming it, then no more texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled under our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top.
