Privacy policy
This policy explains what Reelkix ("we") collects through reelkix.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, business details, project notes and any files you share in a request.
- Customer data from connected software (follow-up & recovery): when a business connects its quoting or booking software, we process the customer names, contact details and quote or booking history needed to send follow-ups on that business's behalf.
- Basic site data: pages visited and device type, through standard server logs or privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to requests, prepare quotes and deliver the work you order.
- To run follow-up and win-back messages for businesses that connect their software, only to their customers who agreed to hear from them.
- To send account and service messages, including texts if you opted in.
- To keep the site and services secure and working.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the subcontractors that deliver our messages and support our services, such as messaging and hosting providers, only to provide those services.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, messaging, form handling), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Customer data we process for businesses
For follow-up & recovery, the connecting business controls its customer data and decides who is contacted. We use that data only to provide the service to that business and delete it when the business closes its account or asks us to.
How long we keep it
We keep request and project records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@reelkix.com.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your information was exposed.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
